The problem
Periodontal care runs on documentation — charting, measurements, treatment records — and much of it still lives in tools that weren’t built for the job. The result is time lost to paperwork that should be spent with patients, and records that are harder to keep consistent than they should be.

What I built
PerioSource is a purpose-built platform for periodontal documentation: structured charting and records designed around how perio work actually flows, presented in an interface that practices can pick up without a manual. Designed, built, and shipped by AE Digital Creations end to end — product thinking, interface design, and engineering from one pair of hands.
